6. Clear Gifs (Web Beacons / Web Bugs)
A Clear GIF is a tiny line of code, only 1 by 1 pixel in size, that is programmed to collect certain information about a visit to a particular website. We use clear GIFs to gather non-personal, aggregate information on visits to our Site(s), track usage of website links and email delivery. We do not disclose personal information that may be linked to our clear GIF collection practices to third parties. The Site(s) are not responsible for the use of clear GIFs by other website operators.
7. Profile
We store information that we collect through cookies and clear gifs to create a “profile” of your preferences. We tie your personal information to information in the profile to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers or to improve the content of the Site(s) for you. We do not share your profile with third parties.

Indiemark, LLC will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
9. Controlling Your Personal Information

Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from Service-related messages. If you would like us to cease all of the described uses of your personal information, you may delete your account at any time by emailing us at blackbox@emailindustries.com.
You may access, correct, request deletion or request a copy of any or all of your personal data in our possession by emailing us at blackbox@emailindustries.com, and we will honor your request within thirty (30) days. If we incur expenses to comply with your request, we may charge you a reasonable fee to cover these expenses, if permitted by law. If you believe any of the personal data we have collected from you is inaccurate, you can email blackbox@emailindustries.com with a request to update this information. We will honor your requests within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Except for the limited situations listed here in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your personal data with third parties. To the extent we are legally permitted to do so, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in the event that we are required to provide your personal data to third parties as part of legal process.

To provide the Company’s Services to you, we may sometimes use other businesses to perform certain specialized services such as data processing or other technology services. Indiemark offers business services, and as such, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 on the Site(s) or through the Company’s Services. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

Company reserves the right to disclose member information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Company’s rights or property, other visitors, list members, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Indiemark participates in the spirit of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Indiemark is committed to subjecting personal data received from the European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield’s applicable principles.
Indiemark is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Indiemark complies with the Privacy Shield for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield, Indiemark is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
